勞工部將在明天公佈4 level SCA/Davis-Bacon Act 薪水標準

(梁勇律師事務所﹐lianglaw.com專稿)  從3月8日開始, 所有新的H-1B 都必須根據勞工部的或者是Service Contract Act wage or Davis-Bacon Act 的4-level 薪水標準薪水標準．. 此外,從3月28日開始實施的職業移民勞工應聘PERM也必須符合勞工部的或者是Service Contract Act wage or Davis-Bacon Act 的4-level 薪水標準．

勞工部表示, 這些4-level 的薪水標準將在明天３月８日公佈, 從明天開始, 有關Service Contract Act wage or Davis-Bacon Act 的薪水標準可以在 www.wdol.gov 中取得.         (版權所有﹕梁勇律師事務所﹐lianglaw.com)
